LINDA B. VILES, SENIOR MANAGER
Linda Viles has expertise in tax planning for high net worth individuals, partnerships and LLCs taxation. Over the course of her career, Linda spent four years in private industry corporate accounting, four years in governmental accounting as a tax auditor for the IRS and eight years in public accounting. Linda received her Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

As an audit manager, Tracey Solomon is active in planning and supervising audit and accounting engagements. BONNIE J. ZAPPACOSTA, MARKETING MANAGER
Bonnie Zappacosta orchestrates the firm’s strategic marketing efforts, provides creative direction to support the firm’s brand and helps organize and promote corporate citizenship initiatives. Ellyn Cole’s focus lies in tax planning and compliance, with a specialty in foreign tax issues. Ellyn graduated from the University of Southern California, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Taxation.

JACOB SHEFFIELD, MANAGER
Jacob is a tax manager who focuses his expertise on complex tax planning and compliance matters for corporations and their shareholders. He works closely with privately-held corporations and their management team on stock transactions, ownership distributions and compensation, as well as GAAP to tax accounting and accounting for taxes on financial statements. He holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from UCSB.

LAURA COPPLE, MANAGER
Laura Copple joined BPW in 2001 upon graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara. As a manager for the firm’s audit department, Laura is extensively involved in planning, executing and overseeing audit and attest engagements. She is also experienced in conducting accounting consulting engagements, internal control evaluations and litigation support engagements.

LIA T. DUNNE, MANAGER
Prior to joining BPW in 2004, Lia Dunne worked at a big-four accounting firm for two years. She specializes in leading internal control evaluations as an audit manager with the firm. Lia serves a variety of clients in industries such as: healthcare, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations.

MICHAEL C. WEAVER, MANAGER
Michael is a manager in the firm’s consulting practice and primarily focuses on ERP and CRM solutions. He was one of the first “Certified Masters” on the Microsoft Dynamics GP product line. Michael is a CPA and a Microsoft MCP with certifications in SQL Server Administration, Microsoft Office SharePoint Services Administration, plus a host of Dynamics GP solutions.
