Are you curious about…how California’s recently passed SALT workaround provisions expanded tax-saving opportunities for partnerships and S Corps? Should your business pay the elective pass-through entity tax? Who must file the new Schedule K-2 and Schedule K-3 forms? What is the status of the BBB?

Join Partner Jacob Sheffield, CPA, MST and Partner Bridget Foreman, CPA in a live webinar to answer these questions and provide a glimpse into what’s happening in the current tax landscape, including:

  • The benefits of making an election to pay the pass-through entity tax
  • The expansion of qualified entities and qualified taxpayers
  • Who needs to file Schedule K-2 and Schedule K-3 forms, and why?
  • Why we recommend filing an extension for most business returns
  • What IRS guidance is still pending and what forms are delayed
  • Updates on the Build Back Better Act (BBB) and the Reconciliation Bill
