Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join the team in our downtown Santa Barbara office. The ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, thrives in a busy office environment, and enjoys managing multiple tasks effectively. You will excel in this position if you are an effective communicator with good judgment and if you have the ability to change tasks at a moment’s notice.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

This is a full-time, in-office position, with overtime a requirement during tax season. It is desired that the candidate has an Associate’s degree with one to three years of secretarial experience and working computer knowledge in a variety of software applications including MSWord, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. The candidate must be proficient in English and spelling. Candidate must also enjoy working in a team environment and have the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail is a must.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Order and stock all supplies
  • Relieve reception desk
  • Scan documents
  • File paper and electronic documents
  • Coordinate monthly billing for assigned accountants
  • Support various departments within the firm
