Danna McGrew Named one of the 2023 Top 50 Women in Business by PCBT

Bartlett, Pringle, & Wolf, LLP (BPW) congratulates Partner Danna McGrew, CPA on being recognized by the Pacific Coast Business Times as a top female business leader on the Central Coast.
Top Women in Business highlights prominent women leaders in the business industry, each with outstanding achievements in their careers. The PCBT’s Top 50 drive the success of some of the leading Tri-County businesses in healthcare, technology, professional services, education, and nonprofits, among others.
For over 20 years, Danna McGrew has been in a top leadership role at BPW, serving as a partner in the Audit and Assurance department. She’s responsible for overseeing financial and regulatory audit and accounting engagements, managing the Client Accounting Services department, and implementing successful growth strategies to elevate and expand client experience.
In parallel to serving clients, Danna is a mentor to many. She continually strives toward innovating the work environment and integrating new ideas into the firm culture.
She is dedicated to serving the nonprofit community and actively contributes to a number of nonprofits along the Central Coast. Danna serves on the Board of Directors for the Santa Barbara Foundation, the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara, and Storyteller Children’s Center. She also sits on the South Coast Business & Technology Awards Steering Committee as well as their Nominating Committee.
Danna was a previous recipient of the “Accountant of the Year” award by the California Special Districts Association, recognized more than once by the Pacific Coast Business Times as a Top 50 Women in Business and Who’s Who in Professional Services, and a top nominee for CalCPA’s Women to Watch in the Experienced Leaders Category.
A graduate from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1991, Danna received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting. In her time away from the firm, Danna enjoys spending time with her family.
